We're on a video--and, guess who is watching it? Probably a lot of people, but the Vice President of the United State, Joe Biden, is definitely one of them.
A while ago, Vice President Biden asked his staff to make a video about some of the great projects that were created or helped by the federal government's Recovery Act. This act gave money to programs all over the country to help create new jobs. It also gave out money to update and fix old roads, bridges and buildings. In our case, the money didn't go to fixing up Old Colony's tired buildings. It paid to build new ones!
The video about Old Colony, which is right below, was added to others so the vice president could show people what wonderful things were done with tax dollars.
